Shipping and Delivery

Your options#

• Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Total delivery time (processing plus shipping) is typically 7 to 10 business days, and it may arrive sooner; our estimate accounts for processing time and occasional courier delays.
• Faster Shipping for $4.95, typically arriving within 4 to 7 business days.

We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping. SASnola members receive faster shipping at no additional fee as part of their priority handling benefit.

Processing#

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with a 12pm Central cutoff. Orders placed after 12pm Central are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Carriers#

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, choosing the best option for your address.

Alaska and Hawaii#

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS Priority Mail only, typically costing between $13 and $20 depending on the order, and usually arrive 3 to 5 days after shipping. Free Shipping and Faster Shipping are not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

International, APO, FPO, and territories#

At this time we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.

Where is my tracking number?#

Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it. Still can't find it? Email help@SASnola.com with your order number and we will send it right over.
