Tracking Says Delivered, But No Package?

Don't worry, this happens more often than you would think, and packages almost always turn up within a few days.

First, check these spots#

• Around your property: porch, side door, garage, behind planters or furniture
• Your mailbox or parcel locker
• With household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk or mailroom

Why this happens#

Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered up to a few days before it actually arrives, especially during busy periods. The delivery scan can also happen at a nearby facility or the wrong doorstep.

If it still has not arrived#

Please allow 3 business days from the marked delivery date. If your package still has not appeared, email us at help@SASnola.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you are taken care of.
